Liz obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Law (BA.LLB) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand in February 1997. Liz was then registered as a lawyer with the Supreme Court of New South Wales in November 2006 and admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia In April 2007. Liz has worked for Clayton Utz since being admitted in Western Australia and now joins Havilah Legal’s Commercial Team after managing a manufacturing company.

- Drafting caveats and easements and other property documentation
- Drafted opinions on commercial/retail lease and tenancy issues
- Assisted on acquisitions and disposals of major properties including shopping centre.
- Reviewed and negotiated commercial leases for both landlords and tenants.
- Advised private clients on commercial and residential property sales including strata developments.
- Co-ordinate and attend settlements.
