John and Ken discuss with Howard a reported suggestion that The Family Law revert to the (pre 1975) grounds for divorce, based on the "fault" of one party (such as Adultery, Cruelty, Desertion. etc) We felt it was a retrograde step.

Howard played part of last weeks interview by Dr Nitsche and sought our thoughts on "Living Wills" (better known as Advance Health Directives. We Discussed this along with the appointment of an Enduring Guardian to help folk plan their future healt treatments when they are unable to make rational decisions.

Three Callers with Motor Vehicle accident problems were then the subject of our advice. Finally, the State's new laws which can result in a vehicle being impounded even if the owner was not the driver.
