Bruce Havilah and Ken Eastman discusses a variety of topics including credit reporting on individuals.
Howard Sattler also raised the fact that the WA Government has put trading hours clamp on licencing venues in Northbridge. Bruce raised the issue that the Director of liquor license can only provide extended trading permits to venues if it is in the public interest.
Bruce and Ken also considered children issues including a case where the family court decided that a parent should have supervised contact with a child.
A caller also raised a factual circumstance invloving Medical Negligence. Bruce and Ken talked about Doctors working too many hours and the possibility of not meeting the standard of care required.
