Bruce Havilah talks about the organisation "Justice WA" and the possibility of being incorrectly convicted by a court of law.

Bruce then went on to discuss the right to remain silence and the fact that the Crown prosecutor should always bear the onus of proof in any criminal case.

Bruce informed Howard Sattler about mandatory imprisonment laws for assault occasioning bodily harm. In particularly it was mentioned that Police should have protection to be able to execute their duties.

Bruce is also asked about obese airline passengers who are being charged for two seats.

Bruce then finishes the shown by considering the alcohol ban on Australia day and the fact that police should be able to use discretion to look at the behaviour of the people who are drinking the alcohol.
